Aiea Loop Trail Hike – 9-24-11
We went on a hike with the Hawaiian Humane Society at Aiea Loop Trail. This 4+ mile hike definitely had some challenging moments, especially at the end when we had to climb back up to our cars! Here are our pictures from the hike:

Our September 2011 Playdate was held at Mililani Dog Park on September 18, 2011. We had fun playing with 41 Humans and 30 Shibas!

PetWalk 2011: Team Shiba!
The Hawaiian Humane Society’s PetWalk is this Sunday, October 2nd and Team Shiba is of COURSE pawesome!!!! We set a goal of $450 and we’ve surpassed it by raising $517! In fact, as a Team (including those who created personal fundraising pages) we have raised $911.32…!!!

Filthy Farm Dog Soap!
We visited with Joan from the Big Island during this past weekend’s Hawaiian Kennel Club Dog Show at the Blaisdell and she brought us a present…dog soap with a SHIBA on it!!! OMD!!! The soap is by a local company called Filthy Farm Girl….

The PetWalk… is Humane Society’s big annual fundraiser, and this year is the 21th Anniversary and will be held on Sunday, October 2. Registration starts at 7:00 am, and the Walk begins at 8:00 am.
